Red Fox (Vulpes vulpes or Vulpes fulva)
My wife Melissa took this out-the-window snapshot of one of our local residents the other day. We see them once in a while crossing the yard or on the trail through the woods. They have a den under a large sandstone outcropping a couple of hundred yards from our house. Always a treat to spot one.
